Up early in the rain and fog, off we go. Slow road still for most of the day, until we got back to the border into Canada. Nice new border crossing facility at Calais into New Brunswick, then beautiful big highway with moose protective fencing all along the way. These worked by allowing a moose to exit the highway area through one way gates placed along the fence which was probably about 6 feet high. They must have cost a fortune, as they were all along this whole stretch of Hwy 1. Turned south towards Fundy National Park where we booked two nights at the campground there. What a good idea, after the 600 kms we drove today, all three of us needed a break. Terrific park here, good sites, good services, and such an amazing part of the country. (650 kms, 9 hours driving)
View of Fundy National park from the visitor's centre nearby.
"Command central" in the truck-2 GPS and the trailer cam. Yes, we used 2 GPS as often one was not tracking or accurate!
